Job Description

  • Business Growth & Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential business areas.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business collaborations.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Lead high-value negotiations, close deals, and manage the sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with key industry players.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and finance, to align business goals.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare reports, and provide insights to optimize business strategies.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business development professionals and support team growth.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in [industry-specific experience if applicable].
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

  • Experience working with C-level executives and decision-makers.
