Job Summary
- We are looking for a highly skilled Lead MEAN Stack Developer with 7+ years of experienceto design, develop, and oversee the implementation of large-scale web applications. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js (MEAN stack), strong architectural decision-making capabilities, and experience leading development teams. You will be responsible for designing system architecture, ensuring best practices, and mentoring junior developers.
Job Description
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable and high-performance MEAN stack applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and technical requirements.
- Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and GraphQL services to integrate with various applications.
- Ensure application security, performance, and scalability following best practices.
- Oversee database architecture and optimize queries for high-performance data processing.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews and training sessions.
- Define and implement DevOps strategies, including CI/CD, containerization,and cloud deployment.
- Integrate microservices and event-driven architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Redis.
- Lead problem-solving efforts for complex technical challenges and system bottlenecks.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and advocate for process and technology improvements.
Qualification
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in full-stack web development with the MEAN stack.
Required Technical Skills
- Expertise in Angular 17+, including SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and performance optimization.
- Advanced proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and event-driven programming.
- Strong experience in MongoDB, MySQL & PostgreSQL (Replication, Sharding, Performance Tuning, Indexing, Aggregation Framework).
- Deep understanding of Microservices architecture and API gateway design.
- Strong background in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and serverless computing.
- Proficiency in Git, GitHub, or GitLab for version control and collaboration.
- Hands-on experience with GraphQL API development and Apollo Server.
- Expertise in message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis Pub/Sub).
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices (OAuth, JWT, SSO, Role-Based Access Control).
- Experience with performance optimization, caching strategies, and real-time data processing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Basic understanding and hands on of HTML & CSS skills.
Nice to Have Skills
- Knowledge of AI/ML-based applications using Node.js.
- Experience with Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
- Experience with WebSockets and real-time application development.
- Exposure to blockchain or decentralized applications.
- Boost the productivity using AI tools like ChatGPT etc.
