About the Role:

  • We are looking for a goal-driven, proactive Junior Business Development Executive to help us grow our pipeline and close more high-value opportunities. You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and drive revenue growth through strategic outreach and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    Identify new potential clients through outbound outreach (emails, calls, LinkedIn, etc.) and convert them into sales opportunities.

  • Sales Pipeline Management:

    Own and manage a sales process – from prospecting and qualification.

  • Client Relationship Building:

    Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

  • Reporting & Forecasting:

    Track performance metrics, report on key KPIs (e.g. meetings booked, deals closed), and maintain CRM data accurately.

  • Market Intelligence:

    Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve positioning and value proposition.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1 - 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Set-up In-person meetings for the Business Manager & CXO.
  • Strong communication.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, results-driven environments.Comfortable working in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in SaaS or tech industries.
  • Prior work with sales development teams or selling into mid-market/enterprise clients.
  • Familiarity with outbound tools (e.g. Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
