Objective

The client contacted us with a requirement of building an app that can create a new customized template or offer pre-built templates for managing projects across different industries. This was a unique concept for tracking and managing projects through a workspace builder. The client wanted to come up with a customized drag-and-drop application builder to set up workspaces for any industries.

The Challenges

Manage history of all records and track changes in different versions
Google, Dropbox and OneDrive Integration with listings of uploaded docs and syncing on voxxi server
Manage subscription plans based on users invited to organization with Stripe integration
Activity and comments management for organization and workspace storing and displaying all activities happened inside that organization or workspace
Create mobile friendly UI with Kanban and Calendar view
Calculate space used by each organization based on the plan they have purchased
Send notification of upgrade plan if they reach their 80% limit of the plan

Our Solution

Our in-house team of Angular developers has integrated Google, OneDrive, and Dropbox with listings of uploaded docs and sync them on Voxxi servers. We also integrated Stripe gateway for managing subscription plans. Our experienced developers came up with a mobile-friendly UI with built-in features like Calendar View, Kanban board, etc.
