The Patient app is designed for filling in the patient’s details and medical history in the doctor’s clinic. This iPad app enables patients or their relatives to complete the formalities while sitting in the waiting room for their turn.

Objective

The client wished to save the patient’s time in completing formalities at the doctor’s clinic. The Patient application enables patients to fill in all the necessary details using the iPad. It promotes a paperless process with a motto- “Stop waiting. Start communicating.” The client also wanted to get theft detection alerts as per the longitude and latitude of the device.

Features

Application has three modes:

1. New Patient
2. Current Patient
3. Browse Mode

Admin will have the ability within the app, to select the mode once the app is started

1. Register New Patient
2. Check-in Existing Patient

Once the mode is selected, the admin will have to fill in the Patient’s information and have to select forms like New Patient Form, Patient Questionnaire, or Medical History
Once the admin will complete this form, the device is assigned to the patient. The patient will have to fill all forms assigned by the admin
Once all forms are filled, the patient will redirect to a personalized browsing screen where he will get different articles to read according to his medical history. He can read articles and videos and can get knowledge about different surgeries. He also came to know, what care one should take for his health problem
